My room was nice cosy and well-organised with a working TV, super comfortable bed and iron, and the check-out was late. The breakfast was hot with nice views and vegan options, for instance. The location of the hotel was particularly good and fab, ready to go to an event. The employees were so caring and particularly helpful.
